Answers

1) Odisha - Biswal served as Chief Minister of Odisha from 7 December 1989 to 5 March 1990, and again from 6 December 1999 to 5 March 2000. He was also the MP of Sundergarh from 2009 to 2014. Biswal was the first Tribal chief Minister of Odisha. 

2) SEBI - Madhabi Puri Buch, who has been appointed as the chairperson of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi), assumed significance as she became the first woman to lead the market regulator in the country.

3) DRDO - The Defense Research Development Organisation (DRDO) has indigenously developed Monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs), which are on board the EOS04 satellite. These circuits are used for radar imaging modules of the satellite. 

4) March 4 - March 4 marks the day when the National Safety Council of India was established in 1966. The Ministry of Labour under the Government of India took this decision and National Security Day was celebrated for the first time in 1972.
