Answers: 

1) Education Minister - The Council of Indian Institutes of Technology or the IIT Council, is headed by the Union Education Minister. It is the governing body responsible for all of the Indian Institutes of Technology.

The IIT Council set up four committees to look at a series of issues including funding and graded autonomy of the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), rationalisation of staff among others.

2) Amazon Web Services - NITI Aayog has partnered with IT major Amazon Web Services (AWS) to train students on the fundamentals of cloud computing through Atal Tinkering Labs.

3) Japan - The Union Cabinet approved the Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) signed between the Jal Shakti Ministry of India and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan.
